And November 4th marked a new era for American politics and international relations.Designed by as part of Narciso Rodriguez’s spring 09 collection, the scoop-neck dress made a statement. For or against, Mrs. O’s ladylike, luxe swagger was able to pull it of with grace and style. I wonder what she will wear for the inauguration?
