New Kids on the Block: House of Rena

Leaning towards evening wear this fashion label, House of Rena, utilizes intricate materials and luxurious fabrics to create pieces that are influenced by their personal style, visionary taste and designers.  Their well crafted garments that are subtle yet chic, have definitely put them on our our Style List for 2011.

Behind the brand we find the Kanj sisters, Reem and Natalya, who are taking part in this year's LFW.
Bonne chance, les filles!

Timeless Fashion

What trendless article of clothing was designed in 1914 for British army soldiers?
Hint? It was designed by Thomas Burberry.

The answer: the trenchcoat.

Timeless Burberry teams up with the internet to honour the infamous trench coat in a project entitled: The Art of Trench. How it works.
1. Login to Facebook or visit The Art of Trench
2. Sign up to The Art of Trench

Once a member, users can submit photos relating to the Burberry Trench or comment on users photos. You will find images, mostly by Scott Schuman of The Sartorialist, which can be viewed by color, popularity, weather, and time.

Burberry fashion for the masses? If only this wasn't limited to the virtual world.
Live glamorously.
